We are an NHS Trust, commissioned in 2020 to develop and support primary care and to deliver integrated health and care for the Dudley population. Since 2020 and Covid, the landscape has changed considerably, and a decision was made by system partners that DIHC was too small to be a stand-alone Trust.
We are currently going through a period of change and our functions/teams will be transferred to a number of other organisations over the coming months. We are involved in the development of the `place based’ partnership for Dudley – working with partners in the system to deliver integrated care.
