Humaara Project
This is not a service provided directly by Dudley Integrated Health and Care NHS. These are support groups that we have been made aware of in the local area. This information is intended to help sign post people to groups available locally by other providers.
Humaara Project aims to improve the quality of women’s lives by reducing isolation, encouraging active participation and providing information and support. In partnership with others, they aim to target social need and build the capacity of local women and young people through providing themed events/activities.
Activities include:
- Educational, Training & Skills Development
- Volunteering Opportunities
- Health Promotion & Fitness Sessions
- Information & signposting
