Your experience as a service user, relative or carer is important to us. All feedback, whether it is a compliment, a complaint or a recommendation about any of the services we commission, will be welcomed and will help us to identify what we are doing right but also where we need to make changes to improve the experience of future patients.
Our aim is to provide the best possible care and treatment to our service users and to help us do that, we welcome feedback from you, your family and carers.
The Service Experience Desk (SED) is the central point of contact for all concerns and enquiries, whether these are formal or informal, compliments, suggests or complaints.
SED are available to contact Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
