As a smaller organisation, we offer our staff a close-knit, friendly working environment. Staff engagement, recognition and wellbeing are vital to the success of our organisation, and we strive to be an employer of choice, providing a setting in which our staff can showcase their skills, innovative solutions and dedication to healthcare.

If you have a passion for providing patient-centred healthcare and are a determined, forward thinking worker, we would love to hear from you!

Interviewing with us

We’re looking for people who live the values of our organisation and who are passionate about improving people’s lives. To find these people, we use values-based recruitment (VBR). This type of recruitment and interviewing process elicits why people do things rather than just what they do in any given circumstance; it helps ensure that our employees’ values align with the organisation’s values. An example question might be, “When have you made a service user / their family/ or a colleague feel valued?” relating to our Trust value of caring.

We also utilise panel interviews and frequently include service users in the interviewing and recruitment process. Try to be creative when preparing for your interview and consider the different audiences who may be involved in your interview.
